Our customers once again indicate that they are fans (100% fan score) of BPSOLUTIONS, rate us with a Customer Delight score of 88 and the highest scores within 'competences' and 'customer focus'. And that's what we do it for.
We really like to look together with the customers at how we help to achieve the next step in the digital transformation of their company. This is a continuous process, so great teamwork is essential. The fact that, in addition to the 100% fan score, we also achieved the highest score on 'competences' and 'customer focus' is a result that we are very proud of. The mission critical IT projects in which we are involved are often particularly complex. As a result, we regularly encounter issues and challenges.
